A Note From Taylor

“Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, sexual concerns, or the daily realities of living with a chronic illness. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply exhausted, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, without judgment, pressure, or shame.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and the effects of sexual, religious, and medical trauma. As a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP), I also support individuals navigating intimacy, relationships, sexuality, and sexual wellness. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space where these conversations can unfold at your pace, with compassion, respect, and openness.

I view therapy as a partnership where your experiences, values, and goals guide our work together. Healing begins when we replace shame with self-compassion. I’d be honored to support you on that journey and invite you to reach out for a free consultation.”
