A Note From Taylor

“Sometimes starting therapy can feel intimidating and strange, whether this is your first time in therapy or not. We often know we want to live a more joyful and fulfilling life, but we are not sure how.

I consider my approach to therapy to be eclectic, I utilize a holistic and individualistic approach throughout the therapeutic process. More importantly, I understand that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy, so I aim to tailor to what the client may need and where they are at.

I believe that people begin to heal the moment they feel heard. I strive to create a warm, safe, non-judgmental environment that encourages client authenticity and vulnerability. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, develop coping skills, gain insight, and reclaim their true sense of self.”

Taylor is a Chicago School of Professional Psychology graduate with a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology.
