A Note From Irina
“Starting therapy can be an overwhelming process. Having to find and choose a clinician and the pressure of deciding who might be the best fit can be daunting. Knowing that the clinician you chose is being supported and supervised by an expert in the field should give you a piece of mind.
I provide case consultations, guidance, and support to the clinicians behind the scenes. We use a collaborative approach and evidence-based practices and research to individualize your treatment to meet your specific needs. Putting your mind at ease knowing there is a team of professionals invested in your well-being and mental health.”
