A Note From Grace Kutz

“Are you or your child looking to better handle wavering emotions? Struggling to navigate behaviors and family dynamics? Wanting support and skills to carry life’s stressors with a stronger social-emotional muscle?

With a strengths-based approach, I will meet you wherever you and your family are at to provide support and transferable skills to better cope and heal. I take pride in working with clients that want to both learn more about themselves as well as how to function in a more fulfilling way with their loved ones.”

Grace works with children, teens and young adults. Grace enjoys working with and effectively supports clients who are struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Eating Disorders, Family Struggles, and managing ADHD symptoms. She offers a secure environment for members of the queer community, Latinx individuals, and people with neurodivergence to delve into their multifaceted identities. She is highly competent and passionate about working with clients between the ages of 6 and 28.

Grace has additional training in assisting teenagers who are in search of tools to enhance their mental wellbeing, and build as well as maintain healthy relationships with others. She has provided support to clients securing their first job, transitioning between school levels, navigating parental divorce/separation, and adjusting to life as a young adult.

Grace utilizes evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions sourced from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, all designed to meet you precisely where you are in your journey.
