A Note From Dash
“Often when we experience a major life change, a personal loss, or just seem to be in a rut, it can seem like our thoughts and feelings don’t make sense anymore.
I believe meaningful change can happen without needing to revisit every part of your past. My approach is grounded in the present moment—helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing right now while offering practical tools to support relief and real, lasting change. If you’re looking for a collaborative, active, and solutions-focused style that helps you move forward, we may be a great fit.
I also utilize a person-centered approach unique to each client to build rapport and comfort that helps both of us feel secure to set helpful goals and make progress. My therapy style mixes evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions with deep empathetic listening and humor (where appropriate).
My goal is to help you build insight into understanding your own brain, heart, and self to help you navigate your present in healthy and fulfilling ways.“
