A Note From Dash

“Often when we experience a major life change, a personal loss, or just seem to be in a
rut, it can seem like our thoughts and feelings don’t make sense anymore. It might seem like going to therapy is something you should do, but talking to someone might not work out and could even make you feel worse.

I utilize a person-centered approach unique to each client to build rapport and comfort
that helps both of us feel secure to set helpful goals and make progress. My therapy style mixes evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions with deep empathetic listening and humor (where appropriate).

My goal is to help you build insight into understanding your own brain, heart, and self to help you navigate your present in healthy and fulfilling ways.
