A Note From Natalia

“Opening up to someone new can feel uncomfortable—it’s common to experience doubt, fear, or anxiety when you’re not sure what to expect. That’s why finding a therapist you feel safe with is crucial.

I approach therapy with the understanding that healing and growth take time and that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for meaningful progress to happen. Trust develops through consistency, openness, and a sense of safety. I prioritize creating a supportive environment where clients feel respected, heard, and able to show up fully as themselves. We’ll work collaboratively to build insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns through a blend of self-reflection, thoughtful challenging, mindfulness, and actionable goal-setting to create meaningful change.

My goal is to help you develop confidence so you can move through your daily life in ways that feel aligned with your personal values. Together, we’ll focus on strengthening your ability to recognize and respond to your needs, make intentional choices, and approach challenges with greater clarity. As this foundation grows, it often becomes easier to care for yourself in a consistent way, communicate more effectively, and nurture relationships that feel supportive and meaningful.”
