This is why I try to make the administrative steps feel as simple and manageable as possible by being patient, organized, and easy to communicate with. Whether I am helping with scheduling or answering questions, I aim to provide a supportive and understanding presence to everyone I assist.

Katherine is an Administrative Assistant who strives to create a smooth and supportive experience for clients. She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development and a minor in Human Resource Management. At the office, Katherine handles the day-to-day details of scheduling, intake paperwork, payments, and insurance coordination, so the office runs efficiently. By prioritizing organization and confidentiality, Katherine ensures the office feels welcoming and safe from the moment you arrive.
