Marketing and Outreach Coordinator
Brianna Keefe
Marketing and Outreach Coordinator
LPC, MA
A Note From Brianna
“There are so many wonderful therapists and practices in the Chicagoland area — and yet it can still be hard for clients to find mental health care that truly matches their needs, level of care, insurance, and personal preferences. I’m working to bridge that gap by crafting outreach that is accessible, genuine, and inclusive, whether for individuals seeking their own care or for clinicians and practices looking for trusted referral partners. My goal is simple: help more people find their way to the support they need.”
Experience
I wear two hats at Serengeti: a clinician and the Marketing & Outreach Coordinator. Prior to stepping into the therapy room, I spent 10 years in marketing and brand journalism for Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies. Informed by my education in journalism, I take a relationship-based approach to marketing and communications, focused on authentic storytelling, trust-building, and creating connections that feel human.
Client Focus
Brianna excels at working with: Adolescents, Adults, Couples, First-Time Therapy Clients.
Types of Therapy
Brianna’s approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating a psychodynamic foundation with additional evidence-based interventions as needed, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and internal family systems (IFS). Brianna has also completed Level 1 Training in the Gottman Method, and utilizes this approach in her work with couples.

Slow mornings are a non-negotiable, and the morning coffee walk is the best part of the ritual.
I name all of my plants after my favorite book characters, except for the ones my niece and nephew named, which are Sister, Sister, and Leafy Tree. No notes.
