A Note From Alyssa
“As Manager of Professional Development at Serengeti Wellness, I strive to ensure that our clinicians feel supported and confident in the work that they are doing. Therapy practices, research, and client needs continue to evolve rapidly, so offering ample opportunities for growth, consultation, and ongoing education is highly important in our field. I am passionate about helping therapists strengthen their skills in ways that directly benefit the clients they serve.
I believe professional development should be engaging, practical, and rooted in both clinical excellence and therapist well-being. My focus is on creating meaningful training opportunities, fostering collaboration among clinicians, and building relationships with community partners to expand access to education and professional connection within the mental health community.
By prioritizing continuous learning, I aim to help cultivate a supportive environment where clinicians feel empowered in their work and prepared to provide high-quality, compassionate care in an ever-changing field.”
